TCCA (trichloroisocyanuric acid) is commonly used in the following fields:
1. Drinking water disinfection: TCCA is an effective disinfectant that can be used for disinfecting drinking water.
2. Swimming pool disinfection: TCCA can be used for disinfecting swimming pool water to maintain clean and hygienic water quality.
3. Industrial recirculating cooling water treatment: TCCA can be used for treating industrial recirculating cooling water, controlling the free chlorine concentration in the water, preventing corrosion and microbial growth.
The usage method of TCCA (trichloroisocyanuric acid) is as follows:
1. Disinfection of drinking water: dissolve 0.4g of TCCA in 100 liters of water, stir well and let it stand for a while.
2. Disinfection of swimming pools: add 3-5g of TCCA per cubic meter of pool water per day.
3. Treatment of industrial recirculating cooling water: add 0.5g of TCCA to each cubic meter of water. The free chlorine concentration in the cooling water should be maintained between 0.25-0.5ppm, with a pH value of 7-8.
Precautions:
1. TCCA should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture.
2. Protective gloves, masks and other protective equipment should be worn during use to avoid direct contact with skin and inhalation of gases.
3. Stirring should be paid attention to during use to ensure that TCCA is fully dissolved and evenly distributed.
