To prevent and control snails, mash 3-4 kilograms of tea leaves and soak them in water for 8 hours. Then, take the filtrate and sprinkle 50-75 kilograms of water.
Mix with fertilizer to make base fertilizer and also control underground pests such as elephant beetles, white grubs, mole crickets, etc. Use tea leaves of 15-20 kg/mu, grind them, add water to soak for 7 days, add 50 kg/mu of plant ash, mix well, and apply base fertilizer before vegetable planting or planting.
To prevent and control mole crickets, directly grind tea cake into powder and apply it as a base fertilizer before sowing.
