Calcium Hypochlorite Sinopec Chlorine Chlon Ca(OCl)2 70%
sewage disposal
Hospital sewage, taking 350 comprehensive hospital beds as an example, with a daily sewage volume of 800L and a dosage of 50mg/L per bed, and a contact time of 2 hours.
Urban sewage contains organic substances such as human excrement and urine. It is treated with calcium hypochlorite. Calcium hypochlorite can react with ammonia, amino acids and other substances in the sewage to decompose nitrogen or produce chloramine compounds, which has disinfection effect, so as to reduce pollution.
Calcium hypochlorite is also applied in the decolorization treatment of wastewater from dye factories, detoxification of cyanide containing wastewater, treatment of radioactive substances, desulfurization agents for refineries, and so on.
